Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion offers one return flight to a European destination (inclusive of list on ‘Where To Go’ page). This offer is only open to those aged 18 or over who are deemed eligible by Smart Live Gaming. This offer is not available to employees of Smart Live Gaming, TLC Marketing UK Ltd. or agencies appointed by TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and their immediate families.
2. Both referrer and the referee must deposit a minimum of £50/€60/$70 to their Live Games betting wallet and wager the deposit over once in order for them to receive the flight. They will still be entitled to the Match150 Welcome Bonus.
3. All travel must be completed by 30/11/2012. No bookings can be accepted to take place after this date.
4. Only one form may be used per booking and per customer for the duration of the promotional period.
5. Only one member of any group travelling together may redeem a promotional booking.
6. No cancellations or amendments are possible after confirmation of your booking.
7. You must state three choices of destination and provide three options of departure and return dates.
8. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. will use reasonable endeavours to book you on your chosen dates of travel but this cannot be guaranteed and you may be offered an alternative which may be before or after the specified dates.
9. All bookings are strictly subject to promotional availability and on a first come, first served basis. On receipt of your booking request, you will be telephoned within 30 calendar days to confirm availability and any charges arising from additional passengers, supplements or taxes.
10. Flights are available from major UK airports including London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Heathrow, London Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Belfast International or Belfast City. The departure airport and destination will determine the airline used. All flights are direct. There are a number of European airports available for non-UK residents to depart from. Please contact our booking agents for further details.
11. Airport and other taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and other surcharges levied by the airline or travel organizer are excluded and, where applicable, are payable on confirmation.
12. A second passenger may travel with you for a rate starting at £89 for a return flight (excluding airport taxes, passenger service charges, airline failure insurance and any applicable regional supplements).
13. Payments made by Visa or Mastercard will incur a 3% charge. Maestro and Delta payments may incur a charge of up to 1.5%. You will need to provide your credit card/debit card number for payment of airport taxes and any other passenger service charges. Your card will not be debited until your booking is confirmed. If you decide to pay by cheque, your booking will not be completed until this clears.
14. If more than two passengers are travelling, any additional passengers will pay the standard fares that apply.
15. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and Smart Live Gaming cannot be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes and destinations. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and Smart Live Gaming reserve the right to use alternative suppliers if necessary. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and Smart Live Gaming further reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, earthquake, catastrophe, strikes or similar event.
16. The booking instructions (How to) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer.
17. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and Smart Live Gaming reserve the right to refuse to redeem forms if submitted by persons other than those to whom they were issued.
18. Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of the terms and conditions. Claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions may, at the discretion of TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and Smart Live Gaming, be disqualified. In the event that any claim is disqualified then the claimant shall forthwith return any flight forms issued pursuant to such claim to Smart Live Gaming.
19. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. and their clients will not be held responsible for any claims forms that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or late.
20. It is recommended that customers send their booking forms by Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery.
21. The downloadable flight voucher is not transferable and cannot be sold, resold or redeemed for cash.
22. There is no cash alternative to this offer. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
23. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. will also be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements. Alternatively, you will need to supply details of valid and adequate insurance at the time of making your booking.
24. TLC Marketing UK Ltd. is not responsible for any offer misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC Marketing UK Ltd.
